Roger has over 40 years’ experience in the retail industry, 30 of which were as a Business Owner, where Roger developed exceptional customer service, business and communication skills. He has also worked in the manufacturing industry and as an elected Councillor, which included being involved in a number of committees, including Planning and Scrutiny.

Roger joined Wrekin’s Customer Committee in March 2023, to play a key part in ensuring Wrekin provide quality services and a customer experience across all of Wrekin’s operational services.
