ShireLiving - Extra Care

ShireLiving provides independant living for people aged over 55, with services provided by a 24/7 on-site team. At ShireLiving we are here to help you live the life you choose. For more information visit the ShireLiving or Parkwood websites.

Wrekin Retirement Living

We have over 30 Wrekin Retirement Living schemes where tenants live independently, in their own home and benefit from a range of additional services, including a dedicated Retirement Living Co-Coordinator, which offer safety, reassurance and security.

Adaptations

We offer solutions to our tenants and their families whose physical needs are not being met through their current accommodation. This is carried out through our Adaptation Service.

A range of adaptations from grab rails, lever taps or stair rails, through to shower facilities can be fitted to meet your requirements, or we may be able to consider more suitable accommodation to meet your needs.

WATCH

The Wrekin Alarm Telephone Call Helpline (WATCH) offers peace of mind, to you and your loved ones, letting you live independently, with the reassurance that help is available at the touch of a button – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Money Matters

To help you make the most of your money, we offer a number of services to assist you with claiming benefits, managing your money, paying you rent, heating your home and dealing with debt.

Support and Enablement Service

The Support and Enablement Service is currently available to all Retirement Living residents with a support need, and those referred from the community surrounding those schemes, aged 55 and above.
