Meet our housing team at our area hubs
Our community drop-in sessions are an opportunity to meet with members of our housing team in person at our Stirchley and Wellington Hubs.
There's no appointment needed, and you can get help and support with a variety of things, including:
Reporting Repairs
Paying your rent
Cost-of-living support
You can also simply pop in and see us for a chat and a brew!
Mondays and Tuesdays – Stirchley Hub, Stirchley District Centre, Stirchley, Telford, TF3 1ET (9am-1pm)
Thursdays and Fridays – Wellington Hub, Landau Court, Tan Bank, Wellington, Telford, TF1 1HE (9am-1pm)
At every drop-in you will be able to talk to a member of our housing teams. No appointment or booking is required, just drop in and say hello.
My Wrekin App
The My Wrekin App is the easy way for current Wrekin tenants to manage their home at the touch of a button - including reporting a repair and making a payment.
It's available to download for FREE via the App Store or Google Play, simply search for 'My Wrekin' or 'The Wrekin Housing Group'.
Reporting a repair

8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday or download the My Wrekin app and click report a repair.
To report a repair outside of office hours, please call the number above and you will be redirected to our out of hours service provider.
Paying your rent
Telephone our dedicated card payment line on 01952 217111 or download the MyWrekin app and click make a payment.
