Changing your Wrekin home

If you are a Wrekin customer thinking about moving, then we would like to hear from you as soon as possible as we may be able to help you.

Bower farm

We have a limited number of properties available so whilst we can't guarentee moving to a different property, we would like to explore supporting you in your current home.

For example, offering financial support, advice and assistance if your home has become unaffordable, or potentially adapting your home if it is no longer suitable.

If you have an urgent housing need to move (for example medical reasons), then we may be able to assist with a move. We might also be able to help if you are downsizing or over-crowded.

If after that, you still decide to move away from Wrekin we have some simple procedures in place to end the agreement.
