The Wrekin Housing Group is a socially minded organisation that prides itself on making a difference to people’s lives.
Old Park is located in Telford and represents a significant development for Wrekin, both in terms of its scale and proximity to the Group's offices.
We are building 88 new homes all for affordable rent.
The site layout comprises:
- 28 two-bedroom houses
- 54 three-bedroom houses
- 2 four-bedroom houses
- 4 two-bedroom bungalows
Each property will have allocated parking and a private garden.
The Old Park landscape will be improved with a scheme of ecological enhancement as part of the development.
We are working with Tricas Construction for this £10.7 new development project and construction is due to commence shortly.
A number of homes at this site have already been let via our agreement with Telford & Wrekin Council.
