Bedroom Tax Calculator

From April 2013 the government plans to restrict the level of Housing Benefit if you live in accommodation that is deemed to be too big for your needs. If your accommodation is too big, your Housing Benefit will be reduced by up to 14% if you have one extra bedroom and up to 25% if you have two extra bedrooms. Use the calculator below to find out whether your Housing Benefit payments will be affected.
