Getting ready for Universal Credit

To receive your Universal Credit payments, you’ll need to:

  • access the internet
  • have an email address
  • have a bank account
  • verify your ID
To pay your rent, you’ll also need to register on The Wrekin Housing Groups’s customer portal.

To register for a customer portal account, please call us on 01952 217100 or contact your local shop.
