Consultation – Proposed change of landlord

The Wrekin Housing Group has been considering where we own and manage our housing stock.

Part of this work involves making sure that we offer the highest quality services that represent good value, for both you as a customer and us as landlord.

We are have recently consulted with customers regarding a potential change of landlord. These proposals involve another housing association, Connexus, becoming the landlord for 43 homes that we currently own in Herefordshire.
