The Regulator of Social Housing wants to hear from tenants
The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) would like tenant views on it’s revised set of consumer standards.
They are seeking views on four consumer standards that set out the specific expectations and outcomes registered providers (such as Wrekin) will be expected to achieve from April 2024. These will replace the existing consumer standards that are currently in place. The standards they are proposing are:
- The Safety and Quality Standard
- The Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard
- The Neighbourhood and Community Standard
- The Tenancy Standard
They have a released documents for tenants to take a look at and have a say. Take a look at their website to find out more.
Key points and an Easy Read version are also available.
The consultation is open until 6pm on Tuesday 17th October.
