Annual report for customers
Through ongoing uncertain times, our customers and staff have continued to work together to deliver our services in a way our residents expect of us.
The annual report details facts and figures on areas that count including repairs, complaints, compliance and lettings. Our results show sustained high levels of customer satisfaction during the year. Moving to a new digital method of carrying out satisfaction surveys, significantly increased the response rates.
This year’s report highlights that Wrekin is well positioned to embrace the opportunities as well as the challenges the next few years will bring.
