Customer Survey – prize draw winners


In December we got in touch with customers asking them to complete a survey relating to the aims of our new Customer Strategy.

The key themes of the strategy that we want wanted your opinion on were:

Our customer service – How can we improve your experience of us? Do you think the aims we have set out in this area will help us to improve that experience?

Access to our services – Could we make it easier for you to access our services? Should we be increasing choice for customers in how they access our services?

Engagement – A huge number of you are already engaged with us in a variety of ways and we want to engage as many of you as we can. What can we do to ensure that we not only listen to our customers but also act on what they tell us? Will these aims help us do that?

On completion of the survey, customers could be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win 1 of 5 £100 Love2Shop vouchers.
