Customer survey - help us to improve our services


At Wrekin we are committed to delivering the services that matter to you and we are proud of our offer.

We have recently been getting in touch with customers, as we would like to hear from you regarding the aims of our new Customer Strategy.

The key themes of the strategy that we want your opinion on include:

  • Our customer service – How can we improve your experience of us? Do you think the aims we have set out in this area will help us to improve that experience?
  • Access to our services – Could we make it easier for you to access our services? Should we be increasing choice for customers in how they access our services?
  • Engagement – A huge number of you are already engaged with us in a variety of ways and we want to engage as many of you as we can. What can we do to ensure that we not only listen to our customers but also act on what they tell us? Will these aims help us do that?

We are asking all customers to take a few minutes out of your day to complete a short survey. Your opinion is important to us, and it will help us shape our services to better meet your needs.

The survey link has been sent to customers and takes just a few minutes to complete. On completion, you can be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 5 £100 Love2Shop vouchers.

The survey will be available until Sunday 19 December 2021. The five lucky winners will be selected at random and winners will be notified by Friday 24 December 2021. Winners names will be posted on the Wrekin website in January 2022.
