Covid-19 Customer update - Friday 10 December
The Government has announced several new measures to help in the fight against the new Omicron variant of Covid-19. There will be no changes to the services we provide as a result of these latest changes.
There are four key measures being introduced:
- You should work from home - if you can
- More public venues will require face coverings to be worn
- The NHS Covid Pass is becoming mandatory for entry in to certain venues
- If you have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of the Omicron variant you need to self-isolate
Our staff will be continuing to follow covid-secure working practices designed to keep our customers and themselves safe. These working practices include the use of face coverings in customers’ homes, asking customers not to stay in the same room if at all possible and making sure there is adequate ventillation.
