- Whistleblowing Policy Review

We are committed to tackling all forms of malpractice and wrongdoing and maintaining the highest standards of integrity, fairness, openness and accountability.

As part of this commitment, the Group encourages employees, customers, contractors and the general public who have any concerns about the way in which the Group, or any of its employees, carries out its work, to come forward and express those concerns.

- Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy Review

The Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy and Procedure sets out the Group’s approach to data protection and how personal information is to be collected, used, shared and stored. The Information Commissioner, an independent body, is responsible for enforcing data protection law. Minimal changes have been made to the policy - We have added wording to reflect if STAIRs (Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements) is implemented and have clarified that the Head of ICT is the Group’s Data Protection Officer.
