Voluntary Right to Buy pilot

On Thursday 13th August 2018 the Government launched its new Voluntary Right to Buy pilot scheme for the Midlands.

The scheme provides qualifying tenants with the possibility of purchasing a selected property from The Wrekin Housing Trust, or another housing association within the pilot area.

Tenants wishing to pursue this opportunity should enter the Government run ballot. Only when you are successful in the ballot process and you have been assigned a unique number can we then begin the purchasing transaction process with you.

The ballot is open for 30 days and closes on XXth September at XXpm.
