It’s been another busy year for us here at Wrekin.

During 2022/23 we built 505 brand new affordable homes – and here are some of the highlights:

Old Park, Telford
We have built 88 new homes - all for affordable rent at Old Park – which is just a stone's throw away from our head office.

The homes have been given the thumbs up from our residents, including: Lachlan, Beth and their adorable baby Hudson, as they had a look around their dream home for the first time. All the homes have been allocated via Telford & Wrekin Council nominations and our own waiting list.

Muxton, Telford
We have built 41 brand new homes at Wellington Road in Muxton, Telford. The development has a mix of apartments,
bungalows and houses for affordable rent.

Brinsford Lodge, Featherstone
We delivered 24 affordable homes at Brinsford Lodge, Harvest Grove.
