Drop in sessions with our housing teams

Our community drop-in sessions are up and running and a great opportunity to meet with members of our housing team at our Stirchley & Wellington Hubs.

There's no appointment needed, simply pop in for a chat and a brew to get help and support with a variety of things:

Reporting Repairs
Paying your rent
Cost-of-living support

9:00am - 1:00pm, Mondays & Tuesdays – Stirchley Hub, Stirchley District Centre, Stirchley, Telford, TF3 1ET
9:00am - 1:00pm, Thursdays & Fridays – Wellington Hub, Landau Court, Tan Bank, Wellington, Telford, TF1 1HE

All our services are available to customers over the telephone or online, customers should contact their housing executive during working hours (9-5) for any issues around their tenancy, or our contact centre for other services such as repairs which are available 8-8 Monday to Sunday, and during the night for emergencies.
