You may benefit from WATCH if you feel at risk in your home due to your age, disability or illness or if you’re feeling vulnerable, perhaps because you’ve been a victim of crime or domestic abuse.

Anyone can have a WATCH alarm even if you don’t have a working telephone line.

The WATCH alarms aren’t limited to use in your home, we offer a range of products including portable devices with built in fall detectors which can be used outside your home.

How does it work?

The WATCH alarm products use cellular sims, so there is no need for special wiring or for you to have a telephone line.

By pressing a single button on the unit, or via a portable button worn as a pendant around your neck or on your wrist, assistance is available any time, day or night.

Depending on the product you choose: you can request assistance from anywhere within your home, garden and beyond using a powerful microphone that enables all centres to hear you.

Even if you are unable to speak we will still be able to identify your name and address or location so that somebody can be sent to your aid.
