Service is for tenants over 55 with a support need. The team
look at health and wellbeing to equip tenants with the skills minor major spent
they need to maintain their tenancy. This could be providing
basic skills like cooking or cleaning, or activities to help No. completed 2018/19

The team are also trusted assessors for minor aids and Grab rails, handrails, stair rails and 378
adaptations; this enables tenants to stay independent in their lever taps
