Hours of work:                      36 or 40 hours per week*

Salary Range:                        £35,020 to £41,130 per annum*

Who are we looking for:

We’re looking for a multiskilled plumber, ideally someone who can hit the ground running. In addition to your core trade as a plumber, you will undertake tasks relating to plastering, tiling, carpentry and general building maintenance to undertake repairs in line with our responsive repair requests

About you:

  • We ask that you have either City and Guilds qualification in one of the building trades or equivalent experience
  • Be a team player and working independently
  • Have a grasp of new technology
  • You will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence
