We are looking for Housing and Care Night Assistants to join our team in Shrewsbury. Experience is not essential, as we will provide you with all the relevant training and support to become a confident Housing and Care Night Assistant.
No two days are the same in this role where you will be involved in meal time support, personal care, administering medication, tenant support, health and safety checks, welfare checks, maintain all areas clean and well-presented according to individual care and support plans

What you will be doing:
Delivering the best possible levels of care to the people you support, to help the individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.
As a Housing and Care Night Assistant, your responsibilities are varied and no two days are the same.
Alongside providing physical and emotional support, you may be needed to help with household tasks and personal care, as well as supporting individuals with their healthcare needs, such as administering medication.
Everything you do within your role will provide flexible services that meet people’s needs, and ensure care delivery is person-centred.
